The New Baden Fire Protection District is an all-volunteer department made up of the people who live and work in our community — same as it's been for over a century.
The district responds to fires, rescues, medical calls, and severe weather across the village and our mutual-aid territory.
Structure, vehicle, brush, and agricultural fires. Engine 4112 and Ladder 4119 stand ready.
Hydraulic rescue tools for accidents on I-64, Route 161, and local roads.
First-responder support alongside the New Baden Ambulance for cardiac, trauma, and lift calls.
Free smoke alarm checks, school visits, and community education year-round.
Village residents organize the original New Baden Fire Department and pool resources for the community's first firefighting equipment.
The outer district is renamed Clin-Clair FPD. New Baden continues its mutual-aid partnership to this day.
Operating from the Emergency Services Building with a modern fleet including Engine 4112 and Ladder 4119.
We train you. We equip you. We stand beside you. No experience required — just commitment.
